The New York Wine and Culinary Center provides customized food and beverage processing and identification training and education programs through a partnership with Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Many courses offered through this partnership can be converted to college credit through a program developed by RIT through a grant from the U.S. Department of Labor.
