How do I book a group experience?
Will you be visiting the New York Wine & Culinary Center as part of a group of ten or more? We are pleased to offer the following group experiences by appointment to make your visit truly memorable. You can book a group experience by calling us at 585.394.7070. All group experiences must be booked in advance. Tax and service charge will be added to the final cost upon booking.
Group Experiences
A Taste and a Tour
Price: $9.95 per person
Allow 45 minutes
Experience an educational and entertaining guided tour of the New York Wine & Culinary Center. Then enjoy a flight of excellent New York wines. Non-alcoholic flight available by request.
2 week minimum notice required for booking.
15 person minimum.

A Taste, a Tour and a Sample
Price: $14.95 per person
Allow 1 hour
This experience begins with an educational and entertaining guided tour of the New York Wine & Culinary Center. Then your group will enjoy a flight of excellent New York wines and savor locally produced culinary creations. Non-alcoholic flight available by request.

Educational Theater Group Experience

This experience begins with an educational and entertaining guided tour of the New York Wine & Culinary Center. Your group will gather in the Wine Spectator Demonstration Theater to enjoy a cheese or dessert selection from our seasonal menu paired with a NY wine.

Le Petite Culinary Demonstration
Price: $49.95 per person
Allow 1 hour
Enjoy an hour long tour course journey through the culinary wizardry of the chefs of the New York Wine & Culinary Center. This 2 course experience takes you from prep to plate. Watch, learn and enjoy as the food drama unfolds before you and sample some excellent New York State wines paired with the entrée.

Culinary Demonstration Experience
Price: $85.00 per person / $100.00 per person with wine
Allow 2 hours
Join us in the Wine Spectator Demonstration Theater where we will welcome you with sparkling New York State wine and cheese as you find your seat for the 3 course menu that will prepared before you. Each course will be paired with excellent New York State wine.

Hands-On Kitchen Group Experience
Viking Range Hands-On Kitchen Experience
Price: $75.00 per person / $82.00 per person with wine
Allow 2.5 to 3 hours
This experience begins with an educational and entertaining guided tour of the New York Wine & Culinary Center. Next, venture to our Hands-On Kitchen, where our talented chefs will teach you how to transform everyday ingredients into your own culinary masterpiece. You'll follow along at your professional cooking station, and then, best of all, eat and savor your creation. Seasonal menus available upon booking.

Private Celebrations in the Taste of New York Lounge
Make your private celebration one to remember! Experience the Taste of New York Lounge with a menu tailored to your needs--featuring a grazing station, passed hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and more. Based on availability from September to May.
