The Pride of New York Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall offers video and photo interactive displays about the rich history and unique characteristics of New York's wine, food and culinary trades. Your self-guided tour allows you to move leisurely through the exhibits. You'll walk away with a real understanding of these dynamic industries. For example, you may learn about winemaking, dairy production, or harvesting fruit. Displays change seasonally so you're sure to learn something new every time you come to the Center.
If the Exhibit Hall reminds you of an old, traditional winery, you have a great eye for detail. The paneling and trim in this handsome room is made from more than 100 year old redwood wine barrels recycled from nearby Pleasant Valley Wine Company, U.S. bonded winery number 1.
