Working with local farmers & producers
By working with local farmers, the New York Wine & Culinary Center is accomplishing a goal of incorporating NYS agricultural products into its menus. The current menus for Catering, Hands-On Kitchen and Taste of NY Restaurant feature many local farms.

The Taste of New York cookbook features New York wines paired with New York foods in recipes created by New York chefs. It mirrors the 13-part public television series on WXXI which showcases New York as a diverse and high-quality producer of fine wine and food.
